The Rhode Island Center for Freedom and Prosperity released a Policy Analysis today that demonstrates how the proposed “Tax The Rich” proposal that is contingent on a decrease in the unemployment rate, but which itself serves to increase the unemployment rate, is contradictory and counter-productive.
